dropped vent brush in our drier vent in October 2007 causing
improper venting of our drier over period of 6 months. Multiple
trips (i.e. 4 or 5) to our house by their representatives were
unsuccessful in fixing the problem which this company (and
original employee) was trying to hide. Suspecting there was
brush in our vent, we contacted Vinnie from The Chimney Man who
diligently and competently retrieved 8 foot long brush from our
drier vent and fixed our problem. We can not say enough good
things about the job he did. He fixed the problem created by
other company...I recommend Vinnie and this company highly based
on our experience . |

in fact very simple, costing less than $100. They did the repair
on the spot, and now my pellet stove works great! I would
